This MOOC has been designed for free, self-paced learning mode for a duration of 3 weeks. The purpose of the course is to further strengthen the continuous professional development of principals as advisors to the teaching staff of their school institutions on online and inclusive education, paying particular attention to the challenges of disadvantaged students.It includes resources such as videos, text and interactive discussion areas that help encourage an online community.

The contents stem directly from the ePRi4ALL Open Educational Resources (R2), combined with new resources created to foster a more interactive environment. The structure is integrated with the mobile game-based application provided by R4 of the project, to allow users to have a recursive learning process, moving from one to the other according to their learning needs.
