ABOUT THE PROJECT e-PRI4ALL

DESCRIPTION

School principals act as counselors to the teachers and as school community leaders. This project aims to support the constant need for professional growth of primary school principals through the development and open availability of innovative training resources. The creation of innovative, open and digital resources that will integrate learning outcomes include online & inclusive education, motivational and training strategies in online & distance learning, management and counseling knowledge, skills, and competences. The project also focuses on the skills necessary to attend to the needs of the students and particularly to the challenges, the vulnerable students face (students with a migrant background, minority groups, etc.). It also aims to reinforce the parental involvement in the distance learning process.

Target group:

  • Primary school principals (and K-12 education leaders in general);
  • Academic institutions responsible for the training of school principals;
  • Education experts and VET providers;
  • Sciences of Education students;
  • Education policy stakeholders.

RESULTS

The project lasts 24 months, and offers the following project results:

Result 1: e-Compendium

Sector-validated learning outcomes for primary school principals to address the emerging skills’ gap in online, inclusive education leadership.

Innovative OERs: learning units, training materials and integration guidelines compiled in a digital open manual.
