  • by

The experts and school heads interviewed stressed the importance of developing digital competence in today’s world as soon as possible, but always linked to a school’s pedagogical project. In addition, the pandemic has increased awareness of the need to take advantage of this inertia before it disappears.

However, school principals do not have training in this area and are lacking in this area:

  • Knowledge, skills and competences to harness the potential of digital technology to improve learning for all and to be able to guide the school community.
  • Tools to develop educational leadership, from which to involve the school community in the development and implementation of a Digital School Plan framed within the school’s pedagogical project.
  • Tools for the safe use of digital technology in schools
  • Knowledge, skills and competences to manage the school’s digital resources correctly.

These needs form the basis for the development of our materials: Open Educational Resources (R2), MOOC (R3) and Mobile Application (R4)
